Confirm the drawing revision, controlled features, inspection method and required documents.
Compare the sample and agreed evidence against the functional requirements before repeating the build.
Capture approval, concessions or changes with the revision and authorized acceptance.
Carry the approved drawing, finish, packaging and inspection scope into the repeat order.
04 / DRAWING HANDLING
Agree an NDA and a suitable transfer method before sharing restricted information. Website form uploads are optional.
Website inquiries are saved in a private inbox. Uploaded drawings are kept outside the public media library.
Inquiry records and attachment downloads require administrator access. Form content and drawings are not sent to analytics services.
Website inquiry records are scheduled for removal after 90 days. Approved production records require a separate agreed arrangement.
05 / QUALITY FOLLOW-UP
If a part appears outside the agreed specification, provide the part ID, drawing revision, affected quantity, photos and measurement evidence.
Identify affected items and preserve the evidence. Discuss containment before using or returning parts.
Compare the concern against agreed requirements, measurement conditions and any approved changes.
Confirm the appropriate corrective action, rework, replacement or other commercial resolution in writing.
Remedies and responsibility follow the order agreement and review findings.
