Information you provide
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, optional company, service, material, quantity, production stage, project description and optional drawing. We record the date of your acknowledgement of this notice.
Purpose and access
The information is used to review your requirements, prepare a response and discuss manufacturing scope. Inquiries are saved in a private WordPress inbox. Only authorized website administrators can access the inquiry and download the drawing. Uploaded files are not published in the Media Library. Submission does not automatically create an NDA or authorize production.
Retention and deletion
Website inquiries and attached drawings are scheduled for permanent deletion after 90 days. Scheduled cleanup runs when WordPress scheduled tasks execute; administrators must also check retention regularly. Records needed for an accepted order are managed separately under the agreed commercial arrangements. Backup copies may remain until their backup rotation expires.
Technical data and measurement
Hosting systems may process access logs and IP addresses for operation and security. The site uses short-lived hashed IP identifiers to limit automated submissions and event abuse. It records only daily aggregate totals for page views, broad entry sources (direct, search or referral), inquiry clicks, phone clicks, form visits and starts, submission attempts and saved inquiries. Process-video starts and completions are also counted. These totals do not identify visitors and are removed after 90 days. No third-party analytics or advertising trackers are installed by this theme. WordPress uses necessary cookies for administrator login.
Service providers and transfers
Website hosting, maintenance and backup providers may process information as necessary to operate this site. Email notifications are currently not configured. Any future mail, analytics or customer-management service must be reflected in this notice before use. Contact us to discuss provider locations or required data handling before sending restricted information.
Your requests
Call the number above to request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry, or to withdraw permission for further inquiry review. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Depending on your location, additional rights and complaint routes may apply.
Drawing permissions
Only upload documents that you are permitted to share. If confidentiality agreements, export restrictions or special handling apply, speak with us before uploading.
Channel measurement and optional analytics
Anonymous event totals record source labels, campaign labels and page paths. Referrer hosts are retained without full referrer URLs. Inquiry source details are stored with the private request. Drawings and form contents are not sent to analytics services.
If Google Analytics is configured, it loads only after you allow optional analytics. Declining does not affect inquiries. Browser storage remembers your choice and the current-session source; clearing that storage resets these preferences.
