Inquiry and quotation
Submitting an inquiry requests a project review. It does not create an accepted order, reserve production capacity or confirm price, tolerance, material availability or delivery. These items must be confirmed in a written quotation and order acceptance.
Technical information
Website process descriptions and material references are general guidance. Requirements must be checked against the actual drawing, material, quantity, finishing route and inspection plan.
Drawings and revisions
You are responsible for identifying the drawing revision, units, critical dimensions, material and any restrictions on sharing the document. Only upload information you are authorized to share. A quotation may need to be revised when the drawing or scope changes.
Confidentiality
Inquiries are stored in a private website inbox as described in the privacy notice. Uploading a drawing does not create an NDA. Contact us before sharing information that requires an NDA or special access controls.
Commercial agreement
Price, currency, payment, delivery, packaging, acceptance criteria, documentation and any remedy or warranty must be agreed separately before production. These website terms do not replace an accepted project agreement or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
